Artisan Bread Baking


Learn something new and practical today ! Get your hands floury as you practice your kneading and bread shaping. Learn how to recognize when you have added just the right amount of water into your dough and how best to shape your rolls. You do all the hard work, but help is at hand from our trusty Rangemaster cooker to perfectly bake your creations.

Cost from £75, Time 10-2.30pm. Course fee includes resources information pack, light lunch, refreshments and of course everything you bake on the day.

Courses are run by an experienced baker - Magdalena Marsden who will show you step by step how to create your perfect loaf of bread.
