Classes include yoga-based exercises designed to ease pregnancy symptoms (such as back ache, heartburn, swelling) and help baby find their optimum position for birth. You will learn tools and techniques to help you feel calm and in control during labour so that you can look forward to a positive birthing experience. Active birth education is delivered while you move, wiring it in to the subconscious, ready to play out on the big day.

A course is 6 weeks long and each class is 1 hour 20 mins. It's a great way to meet other mums and suits all birth plans and fitness levels....our gentle movements are even suitable for those with SPD/PGP. You can begin classes once you are 14 weeks pregnant.
