YogaBellies Pregnancy Yoga Classes


YogaBellies pregnancy yoga classes offer more than just yoga, they offer you respite from the outside world, a safe and nurturing environment to relax in and the opportunity to meet other women at the same magical stage in their lives whilst learning valuable techniques to get you through pregnancy and birth.

This course is suitable for from 14-16 weeks pregnant regardless of yogic experience. In fact, many mums try yoga for the first time during pregnancy and benefit greatly from it. The course is also suitable for those with a regular yoga practice.

The hall is about 5 minutes' walk from Vauxhall station which can be easily reached by rail, tube or bus. Buses 2 & 88 also stop just across the road at Wheatsheaf lane.

Please note: I take a maximum of 10 mums per class to ensure I can give everyone enough one-to-one attention to everyone.
