We Are Yoga for Sport is the perfect class for you no matter what sport you are passionate about: Cycling, Running, Swimming, Tennis, Hiking, Football, Rugby, Golf, Cricket, Athletics etc. Yoga is a great supplement that will:

– Strengthen weak muscles
– Loosen tight muscles
– Teach you to relax and de-stress
– Help you to stay focused and calm
– Overcome niggles and prevent long term injuries
– Improve your general health and you will sleep better!

Kirsten will take you through a class with physical postures, breathing exercises and a guided relaxation. No previous experience of yoga is necessary – you will leave in better shape, feeling totally relaxed.

Kirsten is an experienced yoga teacher with background in physiotherapy. She teaches yoga to all levels of sports people from beginners to world class triathletes.

This class is usually led by Kirsten Steffensen

This class starts on Wednesday 20th April

Every Wednesday at 6.45pm – 7.45pm

This class costs £8 to drop in or a 10 class pass for 60 minute classes costs £70.
All class passes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
