Outdoor boot camp where each session is different (a mix of cardio, toning and fun challenges).

The session is suitable for all levels, as exercises can ALWAYS be adapted, & we believe in working the most YOU CAN to YOUR ability. That means you will not always be doing the same as the person next to you, but you will find it the same intensity as them.

Training over the mixed terrain of natures playground, you will increase fitness, experience fat loss & enjoy a team spirit.

Boost Camp is all about getting fit whilst in the fresh air. Rather than sat down on a resistance machine that trains just one muscle group at a time, we believe in making more efficient use of your time & work many areas at once whilst challenging the body in a range of movements.

After a day in the office or stuck in your car do you really want to spend more time in a stuffy, sweaty, air conditioned box/gym?
