A hatha based yoga class designed just for mums. This baby-friendly session allows you to start exercising after the birth or your baby without worrying about finding child-care. At this session mum will reconnect with a yoga practice designed to rejuvenate, revitalise and restore her post-natal body and mind whilst knowing her baby is close by. During the session babies stay close to mum's yoga mat on a blanket or can be worn in slings if preferred. Mums can relax knowing they are welcome to pause their practice at any time to attend to the needs of their baby.

Each session will close with a relaxation session followed by a chance to chat with other mums.

Suitable for women from 6 weeks after giving birth subject to well-being.
