Baby yoga is a joint practice between parent/carer and baby
During a class you and your and baby will massage, play, sing and stretch together.
Then at the end, you'll relax.
You don't need any previous yoga experience, this is a great course to get back in touch with your body, gain confidence in handling your baby & have fun - it's just pure, simple, joyous interaction and they love socialising with other babies. Be prepared to sing, stretch and shimmy!
