Administrative Assistant

VICTA is looking to recruit a part-time Administrative Assistant. As a charity that works to empower children and young people who are blind or partially sighted, we are passionate about supporting young people to live life to the full. You will be a key member of VICTA's small team, with a range of administration duties. Working closely with VICTA's Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for financial administration including supporting grant applications, preparing reports, database management and clerical work including filing, scanning and running errands to meet the charity's needs. There will also be an opportunity to get involved with supporting our events and activities.
We seek a bright, ambitious hard-working individual with a positive and flexible attitude. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced office environment, be willing to learn and work as part of a team. With excellent written and spoken English skills, you will need to be IT literate, well organised with a minimum of two A Levels.
