Parent and Baby Yoga taught by Dr Jessica Komes.
Practising Yoga during the postnatal period is one of the best things you can do for you and your baby. It provides many positive effects (physical, emotional and psychological) for both of you. Yoga classes at Gosforth Physio and Wellness are designed as a safe and holistic practice. Yoga practice can help with strengthening and relieving tension in the body. It can also help with balancing stress levels too. Altogether, Yoga can help strengthen the connection between you and your baby by drawing your senses inward and allowing yourself and baby quiet time together.
