Mum's and Tot's Pilates

Then book yourself on our Mum's and Tot's Pilates Classes
Tuesdays 10:30am – 11:30am

Classes are designed for you and your pre-crawling baby.
Mats will be provided for you and there will be toys to help occupy your little ones during the class.

How soon after giving birth can I join a class?
Once you have had your 6 week post natal check or 12 week post c-section check and your doctor has given you the OK to start exercising.
