Breathing/visualiation techniques will help you connect with your unborn child, reduce stress, anxiety, promote restful sleep and importantly help assist you through labour and childbirth.

    A great class to prepare for labour and bring some tranquillity to pregnancy.
    Louise does a great job in making everyone feel included and supported, ensuring you are correct in your posture, and comfy. A lovely relaxed environment with plenty of encouragement. Louise keeps the mantras and breathing easy to get into. It helped me to have a mobile labour, and to focus on breathing during a very peaceful birth.
