Pregnancy Yoga is an excellent way to stay supple and boost energy levels during this time. It can help relieve symptoms such as heartburn, swollen joints and cramps. Breathing/visualiation techniques will help you connect with your unborn child, reduce stress, anxiety, promote restful sleep and importantly help assist you through labour and childbirth.

This class is for Mums/babies once your baby is 2months old. We do gentle exercise/movements with songs for Mum and baby. Classes are intimate and friendly and work at your own level.
