This class is outdoors so all you need is your baby, buggy and a bottle of water. This class is for Bumps and Beyond.

It's very important to keep fit through pregnancy and beyond, to feel healthy... get all those endorphins going.... We will be doing
. Mobilization,
. Crunchless Core
. Band exercises.
. Squats & Lunges
. Upper Body & Waist Exercises.
All exercises will be adapted to you.
So go on give it a go!!! You will meet other mums and have fun!! I promise!!
