Active Birth Yoga


This active birth yoga class does more than improve flexibility, strength and well-being. It prepares women for birth. Stretching, breathing and relaxation helps to ready women's bodies, but as a doula of ten years, Natalie builds women's confidence in their ability to manage labour, and over 80% of the class go on to have normal, positive experiences. There is also an opportunity for tea, talk and cake and the chance to meet other new mums. Natalie is the founder of the national support network
