Pregnancy Yoga Class


Suitable from 14 weeks until full term. Classes will focus gentle asanas (postures), breathing techniques and deep relaxation. The class is a good preparation for birth, helping to keep the body strong and the mind calm.

    I've completed a couple of pregnancy yoga courses for my recent and previous pregnancy. These sessions, run by Flow Yoga, were fantastic - certainly the most enjoyable and relaxing sessions I've attended. The sessions are a perfect balance of gentle yoga excercises, which really helped as my pregnancy progressed, together with meeting others mums and building my network. I would always look forward to the session each week.
    Katie is a brilliant teacher, professional yet friendly and very keen to understand 'you' and tailor to your specific needs. I'm very sure that these sessions and the breathing techniques I learnt helped me to manage the different stages of labour without pain relief.
    I can't recommend more highly to other expectant mothers and should I ever be brave enough to ever have another child, I'll use Flow Yoga again for sure.
