Happy Hands Baby Yoga Course - Jan 2014


Baby yoga strengthens and aids development of baby, as well as aiding digestion and sleep. It helps regain strength and maintain posture in mother, tones abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. The deep relaxation also helps sleep issues in mother and baby.
• 6 week baby yoga course suitable for babies from 8 weeks (following 6-8 week check) to active/crawling/cruising
• This course runs weekly, each session lasting 45-60 minutes
• Groups of up to 6-8 babies with carer
