I specialise in Cardio Pilates Reformer & Barre training.
What is Barre ?
Using your own body weight as resistance, the Barre workout targets muscles in your thighs, seat, arms and abs to the point of fatigue then stretches them for relief. The process, called interval overload includes muscle defining arm exercises, intense thigh, seat sequences, waist-chiseling ab moves and stretches! All in 60 min and it can be modified to all different levels and abilities. No equipment is needed!
PILATES REFORMER HOME TRAINING
I also speciliase in reformer pilates training. I am lucky to have found a portable pilates reformer that I bring to clients houses.
A fusion of Barre and Pilates – this is a low impact work out performed on the reformer with special focus on control with the goal to strengthen, tone, lengthen and the body. Suitable for pre and post natal ladies.
