Barre Pilates


It is done to music but can be done at your own pace. It combines elements of ballet dance barre routines with standing pilates and static stretches. However more importantly it is low impact meaning those of you not wanting to jump around can still join in with a cardio class that will aid weight loss (if desired), strengthen and lengthen your muscles! This class will work every muscle in your body helping to define the leg muscles including your calves, lift the bum and tone your tummy, strengthen your back and arms. It helps with your posture and improves general strength as well and joint strength. No trainers required, just (sticky) socks!
