Antenatal FitBack and Bumps Programme


Fit Back and Bumps Antenatal Education and Exercise Programme is run by Louise a Chartered Physiotherapist. It is a 4 week course consisting of 45 minutes of exercise and 15 minutes of education.

The sessions will help you to -
*Exercise safely during pregnancy
*Reduce the aches and pains associated with pregnancy
*Strengthen your pelvic floor
*Reduce pelvic and back pain by strengthening your core
*Physical preparation for labour for a smoother delivery
*Make new friends and share your pregnancy experience
