Postnatal Yoga


This is a Postnatal Yoga class where you can bring baby along. The class focuses on building back strength to your body and mind and release tension and stress after birth.
While this session focuses on mums, we interact with babies which gives a chance for babies to stretch too and to deepened the mum/baby connection.
This is a lovely relaxing time where you get the opportunity to meet new mums, bond with your baby while nurturing your body and soul and your baby can interact with other babies.

This class is friendly and you are welcome to breastfeed and change baby as and when is needed.

Each birth and each body is different so it is very important to understand your body and practice yoga at your own pace. Modifications and variations are offered during the class to ensure everyone feels comfortable and works to their own ability.
