Dotty & Jack's: Maternally Fit


You can start our pregnancy fitness classes at any time before the 30th week of your pregnancy, although starting at around the 10-14 week mark would be ideal. You can continue to attend classes right up until your delivery date if you feel comfortable exercising. Our classes are appropriate for both the novice and experienced exerciser, and each class will be individually tailored to your fitness needs and abilities, and consist of both cardio-vascular fitness and strength training. We focus on core stability and pelvic floor training – the muscles you need to support your growing baby and your changing body.

Dotty & Jack's is a Family Members Club offering the most innovative and stimulating classes for babies, toddlers, mums and mum-to-be, at idyllic venues in Weybridge, Cobham and Walton-on-Thames.
