At F. Conisbee and Son we pride ourselves on supplying the best quality meat to our customers, so we use the best local sources - being predominantly local Surrey farmers and we still buy 'on the hoof' from local Fatstock Markets every week. This ensures a consistent supply of high quality meat that is hung as carcasses and quarters to mature naturally.
We know that hanging ensures tenderness and improves the flavour without tainting or discolouring the meat, which is often found in vacuum packed meat, used by many of our competitors. Not only are you guaranteed quality in
freshness and taste when you buy from F. Conisbee and Son you are also guaranteed that our stock has been well cared for on our own farms, where they have been fed on our own grass and feed.
