I am an experienced Pilates Teacher and Women's Fitness Specialist offering Pilates classes, 1-2-1's and small specialist groups for pregnancy & postnatal recovery, pelvic floor health & dysfunction, general fitness & Pilates on equipment (Reformer & cadillac).

I am based in the Hindhead area teaching larger classes around the area and also in my own studio. Having had 3 children myself I know what the body goes through and what you need to do to recover from pregnancy and birth. The postnatal classes will help to retrain and strengthen all the areas of the body most affected during pregnancy and birth such as pelvic floor, core and posture no matter whether you had your baby yesterday or 6 months ago.
