Core Yoga UK - Create a Stronger You


Core Yoga helps create a stronger you by building physical fitness and mental strength to put you firmly in control of every day stress.

Our classes are light-hearted and friendly, allowing you to go at your own pace and with individual attention to help you progress towards your own individual goals.

Through a combination of dynamic postures and relaxation techniques, Core Yoga will help you:

- Develop a stronger core; inside and out
- Increase your fitness by building muscle strength, bone density and joint stability
- Improve the functioning of your inner body
- Learn breathing exercises, which enable you to relax; even the most stressful situations
- Calm your mind and nervous system; creating balance in an otherwise hectic life

CLASSES: Mondays at 19:30-20:30 and Saturdays at 09:45-10:45.
