The postnatal period is a very special time for mothers and babies, full of great change and adjustment. Yoga can help to provide much needed support, and promote physical and emotional stability. Babies are welcome at the classes – practices for mothers are designed to re-energize, strengthen the body and promote relaxation, integrated with singing and movement for the babies. Classes are nurturing and supportive, friendly and relaxed and encourage improvisation and play. Open to all levels of practitioners, from absolute beginners to more experienced.

Suitable for those with babies from 6 weeks (after mum's health check) to crawling. If you've had a Caesarean please seek your doctor's advice before attending.
