Beginners Pilates

My name is Alison and I am a qualified Body Control Pilates teacher. New classes starting for those brand new to Pilates or wanting to return to exercise after an absence. The course will progress throughout the 6 weeks. Booking required, max 10 per class. 
Pilates has many benefits, which include;

-Targets deep, core muscles for a flatter more toned tummy
-Improves posture and elongates the spine
-Corrects weaknesses and imbalances
-Helps to prevent injury
