Prenatal Yoga

Yoga 4 birth have been running classes since 1990 and many women have had amazing and long lasting calm and gentle birth experiences as a result of joining these sessions.

Arlene is specialist birth educator and yoga teacher in the field of birth. With 20 years of experience and knowledge. She is an Active Birth Teacher and a member of Doula UK since 2004.

    I have been teaching this group for 20 years and very much still passionate about this work. The women are encouraged to find their own physical voice and trust their inner knowing of an amazing process. This years groups of women have all dealt with their different birth experience with knowledge, awareness and focus on using their breathing and visualisations to help them through the labour and parenting.
