Post natal Yoga & Baby Massage


This is a combined postnatal yoga group and a baby massage group. We will alternate weeks, so that one week we do some yoga for mums and the following week we do some massage for babies. But we might play it by ear and start with a little baby massage and finish with a little yoga.

This group is for you as you make that transition into motherhood. Learning and listening to your babies cues, whilst gaining some time to relax and gain some core strength.

    Next group will start September so book up. We are just finishing off the current group which has 3 women. This was a 12 week course using Yoga for Healthy Back programme. Each womens, backs, posture, pelvic floor, core stability and general awareness has greatly improved. With this course comes a CD and weekly homework to guide you.
