NCT: Yoga for Pregnancy


These classes are designed to hep you prepare for both the physical and emotional aspects of labour. They include discussion, breathing awareness, yoga-based exercises, positions for labour, practice contractions, relaxation and refreshments. Please bring a yoga mat (if you have one) and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Refreshments are provided. Please contact Josie for further information and to book your place.
