Taught by Mary Paternoster, this is a gentle yet effective class shared with other mums and babies. The primary focus (besides having fun) is to tone and condition, and in particular strengthen the abdominals, pelvic floor and lower back. The class is a great way to regain and improve your fitness after giving birth while also meeting new friends and bonding with your baby. Classes are relaxed and welcoming, and of course you can feed, change and cuddle your baby at any time.
