Mindfulness for Parents


Over 4 two-hour sessions we will learn breathing techniques and discuss ways to help cope with the stresses and potential anxieties of parenthood, as well as enjoy the great moments.

Over the 4 weeks we will look at how to:

- get off auto-pilot and rush less as parents

- judge ourselves less, to be happy parents - recognize stressors and their emotions, reactions and urges

- deal with the difficulties of parenting

- relate to our happy and unhappy thoughts

- flourish as happy parents

- accept and let happy parenthood unfold.

Dates: Feb 24th, March 2nd, 9th and 16th
