Maternity Reflexology is a wonderful and relaxing way to stay fit and healthy during pregnancy and a beneficial addition to all other anti-natal exercise and classes. It can help improve your energy, clear the normal aches and pains of pregnancy, reduce nausea and improve sleep.

I have worked as a Reflexologist, Homeopath and Stress Management coach for many years. My maternity Reflexology training was taken with Suzanne Enzer, a mid-wife and Reflexologist with an incredible knowledge and passion for this work. Maternity reflexology is one of the most positive and rewarding things you can do for yourself and your growing baby during pregancy, encouraging a more positive pregnancy and birthing experience.
