Pregnancy Yoga Chichester


Yoga helps through pregnancy in a thousand ways, teaching you postures that help aid discomfort and stretches that are gentle and nourishing for you and your baby. Yoga will help you to relax, find zen, connect with your baby and offers methods that aid with child birth and beyond. Our pregnancy yoga class is run by Jen who is certified in teaching prenatal yoga. The class is open to all. Come get your glow on.
