This day workshop is designed for parents wanting to inspire their kids to eat healthier foods. Start the day with a relaxing yoga class, then take part in an informative and fun kitchen class where we will introduce to you new ideas and ingredients that are delicious, easy to prepare, and incredibly good for you. You will leave with a better understanding of the basics of nutrition, what works best, and how to implement them in a practical and fun way for you and your family. You will also get to sample a range of delicious dishes over lunch.
