Katie is a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor based in Wolverhampton and Birmingham. She has additional qualifications in Yoga, Les Mills GRIT and CPD's in Suspension Training and Kettle Bells.
Katie studied at East15 Acting School, gaining a First Class Degree in Physical Theatre - an art form that includes physically demanding skills such as Aerial Circus, Dance, Biomechanics and Grotowski training. She then went on to study to become a Personal Trainer. She has learnt and discovered new ways in training clients, combining coventinal fitness with dance and other physically demanding artforms.
