As a qualified Kickboxing instructor I have helped so many people with their weight and training goals. Through my development of learning from Boxing coaches, karate instructor and Nutritionalist I have put together a fantastic weight loss plan.
Our 10 Week Weight Loss One to One Sessions use Boxing, Circuit Training, and Kickboxing which are amazing calorie burners. We also give you WMF Meal suggestions, WMF Home Workouts aswell as unlimited access to our group fitness sessions
