Early Morning BootCamp


BootCamp is a great way to get fit, tone up and make new friends!! All this, before your work day even starts!

6:15am and 7:15am

The sessions are tailored to the abilities of each individual person, whether you've got weight to lose, just want to keep active and have a great workout, have injuries or haven't worked out in years! You can start at your own level and build up!!

The class is taken by Viv who has personally lost over 4 stone, using high intensity workouts just like these!!
